Jeeves is a digital concierge to simplify shopping and provide an avenue for stores to efficiently communicate and serve users. More than 50 million stores and 700 million users to be on-boarded (In India) and many more across the globe. Jeeves v1 is a chat based router for shopping. A customer query is understood and matched with relevant stores based on data derived from seller on-boarding processes and secondary sources like websites. For e.g. "I want to buy a gift for a 3 year old's birthday" will be sent to stores selling baby products (and not any gift shop). A channel of communication (chat based but also with the capability of video and photo communication) will be enabled between the stores and the user. The store will be brought to a user's phone and for the store it will be a new channel for sales and increasing walk-ins. In the future Jeeves will replace n number of apps to accomplish tasks and become a one point chat interface to the digital world.
