Alchemy Counsellors, is a boutique Management Consulting & Services firm based in Bangalore in areas of IT Management Consulting, Branding Management and IT services for Smart Card, We have satisfied customers in the areas of IT/ITES, e-Governance and Healthcare. Smart card applications, in conjunction with, biometrics, RFID and Payments technologies, are being implemented by the Central and State governments for several socio-economic projects worth trillion of rupees, such as: Driving license, Vehicle Registration, e-Passport, e-Governance projects like NREGA, RSBY (Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana), Public Distribution System (PDS), . While there is focus by the manufacturing segment to produce smart cards, there is a big gap in implementation of these schemes cos the smart cards need to be delivered to the intended beneficiaries. The current project is for RSBY – wherein smart cards have to be reached to BPL families who are the intended beneficiaries of the scheme.
