We are building a location based networking app for the elite. There have been a bunch of startups in the past couple of years who have attempted to break into the location based networking space, they have however failed due to lack of a viable business model,"need asymmetry" and the chicken and egg problem. We start with focusing on the elite top 10% of customers and have a B2B model focusing on elite hotels and conferences.The need for better networking solutions is felt acutely in the above two. Conferences: a)Obvious- People attend to network b)Meeting new people without introductions is unproductive, even painful. Hotels: a)Top Conferences and events are hosted here b)Solo travelers would love some company instead of having to eat/drink alone. Another great value we provide is we act as a communication channel between the above businesses and elite customers.There is no good alternative at the moment. This also makes us exponentially more valuable as an advertising platform.
