Rplotter is a SaaS platform which aims at digitalising the records and performance management process of students and schools/colleges. Customer will highly benefit from the less amount of work involved in generation of records and report cards and also will benefit from the process of analysing the students' records as well as a class's performace. We are planning to start with schools in Bangalore and then spreading to cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata. Primary customers will be international schools, who have a hefty fees as they wouldn't have problems shelling out 0.5 - 1% of their annual revenue. Customer acquisition will be better because of the pricing model we are going to employ and retention has to be high by providing high quality of support and fast feature releases. Quality of Product and a very prompt support service will be the Business mantra
