If they get an online platform where they can place a request to get their vehicle serviced and can specify what problems they are facing with vehicle, what parts are giving them trouble and needs to be repaired/replaced, where they want their vehicle to be serviced and then our representative based on the request will collect their vehicle from office or home and communicate the same requirements to service center professionals, get their vehicle serviced and hand over to them.
