Currently we are providing listings of six categories for about half of Bangalore including cooks, maids, electricians, plumbers, painters and carpenters. Our listings have detailed information about the helper with verified identification (personally met and mostly verified govt. ID cards). There is also a review and rating system that helps to find BETTER help, currently helpers can be rated on three criteria Punctuality, Behavior and Expertise. The phone numbers of these workers are directly displayed on the website and so the users can search for a category in their area find the listings, identify the right helper, make a call and hire the right guy. In future we plan to even simplify the entire process using technology so the user doesn't even have to spend minimum or no time making calls.
