PhenomicPredictor Platform There is no “true” benchmark for coding accuracy for the HCC risk adjustment process that is independent of utilization until now. Using the publicly available claims data, we develop an advanced predictive algorithms based method using co-morbidity relationships to create a true baseline benchmark for coding accuracy. HCC codes of comorbidities included in the phenotype provide clues for accurate diagnosis, and screens for conditions that can be proactively managed.
