We are an (i) Online market place & (ii) Mentoring platform for students to interact with the industry experts Problem statement - Dearth of information & guidance for students & their employability. Recent surveys by NASSCOM & other professional bodies suggests that only 10% of MBA students in India are employable immediately. We introduce students to ‘Professionals in the industry’ to tackle this problem Business Model - (I)Market Place Model - Students reach out to industry experts for one-on-one consultations, apply for jobs etc (II)Mentoring Model - We help MBA colleges to fill the gap btwn student skill levels & the corporate requirements by our unique tech enabled mentoring program, engaging industry experts. Students are grouped into virtual classrooms & mentors are assigned. Mentors drive discussions, while we provide a framework to facilitates & also provide a mechanism to measure, report & analyse the interaction levels (III) LMS - We are also developing an LMS system
