PicsQ is a service that allows amateur photographers especially phone photographers to upload their pics. Native phone app will allow this to be done with ease. The pics uploaded are categorized by type and location. Location includes the city and the area within the city. These pictures will then be used as a picture feed for the people who have subscribed to those locations. The locations can be the places where they stay, will stay or had stayed (e.g. their hometown) or can be a place of interest like Times Square. The basic idea is that there is a massive amount of photographs that people possess in their phones and cameras, which can be shared publicly. They share these pics on Facebook and other social media but it is only shared with their friends. Here they can share the pics with the world. Each pic will be rated by the viewers and hence the top rated pics will be shown as the initial pics to the subscribed user.
