VuFirst - SaaS based video platform that can be used to screen candidates. Company HR can create customized questions and send out invites to shortlisted candidates. Candidates can record their video which are then viewed, commented upon, shared with other colleagues and rated by the HR and the Hiring team in the company. Selected candidates are then called for a face to face interview. This ends up saving time and money for all - HR, Hiring Team and the candidates. VuFirst works on all browsers and an Android app is also available (iOS and Windows app to be released shortly). Additionally a company can set a multiple choice assessment test and send out to candidates. The candidates can attend to this test while they are being monitored by the video camera. A combination of a video interview (communication, personality etc) and an assessment test (technnical/functional knowledge) can give a holistic view of the candidate.
