Torch

Torch provides location analytics, customer engagement insights and trends to physical retail stores. The Torch product is a IoT sensor that retailers can plug into their stores to measure traffic and shopper engagement. The sensors push data to the cloud where our advanced analytics engine provides actionable insights that help retailers understand user behaviour, improve store operations, attract more shoppers and increase sales. The Torch Mobile SDK allows retailers to engage with their customers one-on-one by sending them in-app notifications and promotions when they are inside the store or walking past the store. Leading retail chains across 14 cities of India have deployed Torch in their 60 stores. Torch was incubated at the Target Accelerator in Bangalore, India.
